“Rochester Man To Be Freed 18 Years After Wrongful Murder Conviction; DNA and Confession Lead to Actual Perpetrator” – The Innocence Project

The Innocence Project just freed an man in NY yesterday. He was convicted on a false confession . The IP says that 25 per cent of their cases  have false confessions in them. It is well known young people are very susceptible  to confess to a crime because of the pressure they feel by police. This is what happened in part in the Central Park wilding case in NYC some years back. We all need to be aware of this  no matter who we are.
